The SDP is demanding a repeat of the election at the polling station for which Leposavić withdrew his appeal

The Social Democratic Party (SDP) lodged an objection regarding the repetition of elections at one polling station in Kolašin, for which Vladimir Leposavić (holder of the Pravda za sve list) withdrew a constitutional appeal.

The SDP believes that there is a legal basis for the Municipal Election Commission (MEC) of Kolašin to call new elections at polling station number 1 of the "Braća Selić" Secondary School, because the earlier decision of the MEC on this matter is current, "Vijesti" explained.

The interlocutor said that the situation is the same as in Cetinje, and that the deadlines for this procedure have not expired.

The State Election Commission (SEC) has a meeting at 14 p.m., the agenda of which will include this objection, which postpones the announcement of the final results of the extraordinary parliamentary elections, because if the SEC rejects the objection, the SDP will go to the Constitutional Court with an appeal, told "Vijesta" more interlocutor.

The SEC's agenda includes the complaint of citizen Žarko Dragićević.
