The current vice-president of the Democratic Party of Socialists (DPS), Jevto Eraković, will run for that position in the upcoming direct elections in that party.
So far, the current vice-presidents Ivan Vuković and Abaz Dizdarević, as well as DPS deputy Aleksandra Vuković Kuč, have announced their candidacy for four vice-presidential positions.
The DPS will elect the head of the party in the immediate elections, and as things stand now, the only candidate for that position will be the current acting president of the DPS, Danijel Živković.
Immediate elections in the DPS are scheduled for January 28 next year, and the leadership will be elected by members, not delegates, as has been the case so far.
