Councilors of the Coalition for the Future of Šavnik did not allow the session to take place today and asked for it to be postponed because, as they claim, it was not scheduled according to the law, since it is necessary to pass eight days from the date of the appointment, and it was scheduled for Friday.
Supporters of the opposition parties entered the Municipality building to prevent the holding of the meeting, which was scheduled for 15.30:18 p.m. Once again, at XNUMX p.m., unsuccessful attempts were made to hold the session.
The police announced that they will determine whether the behavior of supporters of the opposition parties in Šavnik has misdemeanor responsibilities.
Supporters and councilors of the opposition said that they are ready "to wait for the dawn and will not leave the hall".
Representatives of the opposition parties told "Vijesti" that they will not allow the session to be held illegally and the MEC to be dismissed.
"We asked for the session to be postponed for a day or two and to come to an agreement, but they did not agree. Up until now, before holding the sessions, the president of the SO always held consultations with the presidents of the committee clubs, which was not the case this time, but only in our Friday, around 15:XNUMX p.m., distribute the material," the opposition parties in Šavnica told "Vijesti".
The President of the Municipality of Šavnik, Jugoslav Jakić, told "Vijesta" that today, for the umpteenth time, they lost their masks, and the institutions of the system showed their powerlessness and inefficiency.
The President of the Democratic Party of Socialists (DPS) Danijel Živković announced at today's session of the Assembly that the supporters of the coalition For the Future of Montenegro (ZBCG) intend to prevent the holding of the session of the Municipal Assembly (SO) of Šavnik.
