The President of Montenegro Jakov Milatović received on a farewell visit the special envoy of the European Union for the dialogue between Belgrade and Pristina and other regional issues of the Western Balkans, Miroslav Lajčak, it was announced from the Office for Public Relations of the President of Montenegro.
