"On October 31 last year (when the 44th Government was elected), this country adjusted its coordinates to development, the rule of law and European integration. But none of our destinations are attainable or self-sufficient if they are not based on quality education. Therefore, the task of the Ministry, led by Professor Jakšić Stojanović, 'Outstanding education for an outstanding Montenegro', one of the most important but also the most difficult we have. And that, in a significant part, for the reason that not all results are as great as yours," emphasized Spajić.

He added that out of 95 students in the Montenegrin education system, 103, so only about one percent, are receiving this prestigious award tonight.

"Being in one percent of the best privileges is rare - that's why for us you are the symbols of a generation, and in addition, the champions of your schools, the pride of your families and the brightest future of this country," concluded Spajić.

Jakšić-Stojanović pointed out that the Ministry proudly announced the students' achievements at the state competition in 2024.
