The Municipality of Zeta announced that a criminal complaint will be filed with the Special State Prosecutor's Office today at 13:XNUMX p.m. against the current director of the Airport of Montenegro, Vladan Drašković, and yesterday's chairman of the Board of Directors of that company, Eldin Dobardžić.
The spokesman of the municipality, Ivan Kopitović, announced that the report will be submitted by Milan Stanović, the acting secretary of the Secretariat for Spatial Planning, Environmental Protection and Traffic in that local self-government.
It is stated that the report will be submitted "due to well-founded suspicion of abuse of official position", stating that they enabled the companies "Royal Plus" and "Halo taxi", "which have the same owner and executive director", to perform taxi transportation services from the airport. "leasing taxi stands to them, even though these companies are not allowed to do that on the territory of the Municipality of Zeta according to the Law on the Transportation of Passengers in Road Traffic".
"Specifically, they enabled them to carry out auto taxi transport contrary to Article 86, paragraph 3, 4 and 7", the announcement concludes.
