The leader of the Democratic People's Party (DNP) Milan Knežević said that he doubts that the illegal decisions of the National Security Agency (ANB) about his wiretapping and surveillance are still being implemented.
At today's press conference, he recalled the eavesdropping in the Palas hotel, but also the monitoring of Nebojša Medojević, Andrija Mandić and him from 2016 to 2020.
He also claims that ANB agents write for the M portal, but that this was confirmed by the editor of that portal, Danica Nikolić.
Knežević said at the press conference that this media is "close to the clan from Bemaks" and that he sued the chief responsible of that portal, Danica Nikolić, because of an article in which it is written that he is an associate of foreign security services.
"Nikolić said that she did not write it, but some agents, whose names she does not want to reveal, and that they told her that it was secret information, which she had no insight into, but which she has no doubt is true. Given that it is about the information she received when Savo Kentera was the head of the ANB, I call on the Higher State Prosecutor's Office and Lepa Medenica, otherwise Zoran Lazović's godmother, to respond to these allegations already today, and I also call on the SDT to call me for a hearing because Nikolić claims that are true data," Knežević said.
He said that if he is an associate of foreign security services, then Montenegro should react, arrest him and remove his immunity.
"I will not invoke immunity. If I am not an agent of the secret services, then this matter should be taken over by the VDT, the Special State Prosecutor's Office (SDT), but also by the Supreme State Prosecutor. If ANB agents claim that in what they are wrote for the M portal, there are documents classified as secret and on the basis of which they have concrete evidence of my cooperation with foreign security services, then the position of the ANB, as well as the Police Directorate and the SDT, is clear. Portal Udar has not stopped its work, but has its daughter company - portal M. It is located in the same building as Bemaks. We have agents who break the law and write for portal M, but the state is silent," said Knežević.
He said that he will deliver the minutes where it is written that parts of ANB are writing for M Portal.
"This all happened while Kentera was at the head of ANB. I filed another lawsuit against M portal because they wrote that I was recruited by an employee of the Rjepin embassy, but this recent case is an indication that the security sector has reached rock bottom and all this happened in this struggle for supremacy in it speaks volumes about the fact that there was no dismantling of those structures within this sector that were the shock fist and secret police of the DPS in dealing with political dissidents," said Knežević.
Everything that is the subject of the conversation with Spajić, he will do without the media
Answering a journalist's question about whether he was at the meeting of the parliamentary majority in Šipčanik, Knežević said that he was not and that everything that should be discussed between him and Prime Minister Milojko Spajić will be done away from the media.
"The DNP remains committed to the coalition agreement and we expect the other actors to behave in the same way," he said.
