Serbian basketball player Stefan Mitrović has extended his contract with Sutjeska, it was announced on the club's website.
"Stefan arrived in Sutjeska in January from Laguna, Romania, and with his attitude, professionalism and game, he deserved a new contract," announced Sutjeska.
Since his arrival in Sutjeska, Mitrović averaged 11,3 points, four rebounds and 5,8 assists in six games in the NLB Second ABA League, while in his In the first Montenegrin basketball league, he averaged 9,2 points, 2,7 rebounds and 5,8 assists.
"While more challenges await us this season, the club is already working on preparations for the next one - accordingly, to our mutual satisfaction, we are informing the public that Mitrović has extended his contract," added Sutjeska.
Sutjeska will play against Vojvodina in the quarterfinals of the ABA 2 league playoffs, and the first match is scheduled for April 10 in Nikšić.
