For the fourth year in a row, the World Teleport Association ranked Vivacom among the 10 fastest growing operators in the world that provide business users with satellite services, United Group announced

As stated in the announcement, the international ranking is based on the growth of revenues from satellite services for business users, and Vivacom is the only Bulgarian company on this list.

"The company's largest clients are Disney, Eutelsat, Viacom, National Geographic Channel, Viasat, Endurosat, Leaf Space and many other content providers, as well as telecommunications and satellite operators. This achievement is the result of our targeted investment strategy in high-quality services, technology and infrastructure in region. By 2026, our total investments in Bulgaria will reach 4,8 billion Bulgarian levs (approximately 2,4 billion euros). Only a month ago, Vivacom and the Eutelsat group announced the launch of a ground station for satellite communications in the village of Mogila in Staro Zagorje. This is the fourth such station in Europe and one of 35 in the world that enables advanced communication services via satellites in low Earth orbit," the statement said.

As they pointed out, part of Vivacom's ground infrastructure is the Plana satellite station, which is among the most modern facilities for business users in the world and has a Tier 4 certificate - the highest possible certificate in the field of satellite communication center services.

"Through its terrestrial stations, Vivacom broadcasts more than 600 television programs reaching millions of households in Europe, Africa, South America and Asia, and provides connectivity in hard-to-reach places such as Antarctica," it added.

"The fact that we have been ranked among the 10 fastest-growing companies in the field of satellite services for the ninth year in a row is a great recognition for us. This is proof that constant investment in innovation and high-quality services, as well as the expertise of our team, unmatched on the Bulgarian market, are the right recipe for continued success," said Nikolay Andreev, CEO of Vivacom.
